South America, Here We Come…

So, we’re almost ready…

Starting day was decided as Monday, since we planned to stop in Seattle to get a handlebar riser at Touratech and possibly a lighter jacket for Sapna.

Tomorrow, Sunday, we’ll finish packing everything. We realized this evening that we had been a little too optimistic with relation to what/how much we could take with us, and we’ll probably have to cut on a few things, which is always annoying.

We also thought a bit more about our itinerary in the last two weeks, and we’ll probably start going down the Oregon and California coasts until San Francisco, where we’ll probably spend one or two nights to visit a few things there – and possibly meet some family from Sapna’s.

Then we’ll head East towards El Capitan, Death Valley, the Grand Canyon and some other places of interest. After that, we’ll head down to say hi to Walter White and the Pollos Hermanos, and following toward New Orleans, which is a city Sapna dreams of visiting. Next, we’ll head back to Mexico, and probably cross toward Guanajuato, then head south. east and north to Yucatán and Belize… But that should bring us a few month in the future already…

For now, we’re just getting ready.

Talk to you soon,
Phil.
